Building the D2C app along with my team was a defining experience that allowed me to grow my product skills end-to-end, from discovery and collaborative planning to execution and scale. The company's retail expansion efforts granted me the opportunity to turn a clear vision into a real customer-facing product, and introduce a brand-new digitalized ordering system for our customers. This journey grew my passion for creating impactful, user-centered solutions that bridge technology, operations, and brand experience.

I have been with the company since August 2023, and in these months, I have truly experienced the value of work-life balance. I have grown more agile and innovative, drawing from my years in the hospitality industry, and now facing the challenges of online services, I can honestly say I have learned so much. I dedicate this award first to God, who has always been good to me; to my family, who supported me and shared both my tears and triumphs; to my kitchen operations team, who helped and support me always, and most especially to our Kitchen Heads, who are truly dedicated to their roles and to ensuring excellence every day.

I am grateful for the Excellence Award, but honestly, this was never a solo achievement. Everything I was able to deliver was possible because of a team that supported and believed in me every step of the way. When you're backed by people who also give their best everyday, excellence becomes a shared outcome - so I share this win with the rest of the Commercial Team especially Mabel and Bianca, Operations Area Managers, and Kitchen Supervisors.

Working at CloudEats has taught me how important it is to show up, stay grounded, and not back down when things get tough. I take ownership, lead with integrity, and do my best to support the team as we work toward the right outcomes together. The work is hard, but the strong sense of community makes it worthwhile.

Working alongside some of the best people in the industry has made growth at CloudEats the true highlight of my experience. With the guidance of the right leaders, I’ve gained a clear understanding of the company’s direction, and where we’re headed continues to inspire me. As a member of the HR team, I make it a priority to do my best in providing our stakeholders with the support and resources they need so we can collectively reach that goal.
